Terms and Conditions – Waimakariri Pottery Group

1. Enrolment and Payment

• Enrolment is confirmed once full payment is received.
• All classes run during school term time and are subject to availability.
• Fees do not include materials and firing unless otherwise stated.
• Students must complete the online enrolment form before attending.

2. Health and Safety

• All students are expected to follow tutor instructions and studio safety rules.
• Clay dust and glaze materials can be hazardous if not handled properly—please help us maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a designated kids’ class or workshop.

3. Studio Etiquette

• Be respectful of tutors, fellow students, and studio equipment.
• Clean your workspace at the end of each session.
• Work left behind for more than 30 days without prior arrangement may be discarded.

4. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, glaze recipes, and class handouts remain the intellectual property of WPG and our tutors unless otherwise stated.
